"Choices" ist eine persönliche Sammlung von Uriah Heep Hits und Deep Cuts aus der 50-jährigen und 24 Alben umfassenden Karriere der Band. Die Sammlung wurde in Zusammenarbeit mit der Band erstellt und von Gitarrist und Gründungsmitglied Mick Box kuratiert. Die sechs CDs enthalten persönlich von Ken Hensley und Lee Kerslake ausgewählte Titel - beide sind 2021 leider verstorben.
Zu der Choices-Sammlung hinzu kommen Titel von Bernie Shaw , der seit 35 Jahren Leadsänger der Band ist, sowie Ergänzungen von Gitarrist Phil Lanzon .
Des Weiteren enthält die Sammlung sechs Art Cards die persönliche Worte und eine reproduzierte Unterschrift jedes Bandmitglieds enthalten.
