Wreckless Abandon, das mit Spannung erwartete Debütalbum des gefeierten Gitarristen und Songschreibers Mike Campbell ( Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers , Fleetwood Mac ) und seiner Band The Dirty Knobs wurde von Campbell und George Drakoulias (The Black Crowes, The Jayhawks) produziert, wobei alle Lieder von Campbell selbst geschrieben wurden. Es enthält außerdem Beiträge des Grammy-Gewinners Chris Stapleton, sowie des Gründungsmitglieds von Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers, Benmont Tench . Außerdem hat Klaus Voormann , der bereits das Artwork für das Album Revolver der Beatles geschaffen hat, das Artwork entworfen.
