Live At ProgDreams VIII CD+DVD

We are very proud to announce the release of our new Live album and DVD! As a band that comes into its own in the live setting, IT was delighted to have been invited to take part in the 8th ProgDreams Festival held at the Boerderij Cultuurpodium (Zoetermeer, Netherlands) in September 2019.

Now keen to build on the success of We’re All In This Together (2017), the band recorded the full concert to illustrate the power of their onstage performance.

Live At Progdreams VIII is the first real live DVD from the British prog rock band IT. This disc contains a recording of the concert that the band gave on September 21, 2019 during the eighth edition of the Progdreams festival in the Boerderij in Zoetermeer. We don‘t hear more than an hour long concert in which only songs from their last two studio albums are alternated. It is remarkable how well these songs go together. As on “We‘re All in This Together” the music gets grimmer and darker as the album progresses. Revolution and God Is Dead are top leaders in that respect, the band knows what to impress and also with the closing Departure you get a feeling of an upset. The great thing about this DVD is that the professional light show that De Boerderij has to offer adds value to the whole. Especially the green-yellow light suits the band well. The DVD, which also includes a photo gallery, is also available on CD. Despite a few small frowns, “Live At Progdreams VIII” is still a must for fans of solid neo-prog.
