A Night At The Library SUMMER DEAL

Die 2003 in Bergen, Norwegen gegründete Band wurde 2006 von der renommierten Produzentin Sylvia Massy (Red Hot Chili Peppers, Tool, Johnny Cash u.a.) entdeckt, zu ihrer Lieblingsband erklärt und direkt in ihr Tonstudio in L.A. eingeladen, um dort das Debütalbum aufzunehmen. Seitdem haben Major Parkinson drei weitere Alben und diverse Singles zumeist in Eigenregie produziert, und mit ihrem genialen Mix aus etwa Primus, Faith No More, Frank Zappa oder auch Queens Of The Stone Age zahlreiche Fans überzeugt.
In den frühen Tagen des Covid-Lockdowns gab die band ein Streaming-Konzert aus dem Musikzimmer der Bergen Public Library. Stripped down konnten ihre Songs auf eine viel verletzlichere Weise als sonst glänzen, was bei ihren Fans weltweit gut ankam.

On May 15th 2020, in the early days of Covid lockdown, Bergen‘s legendary Major Parkinson did a scaled down streaming concert from the music room at Bergen Public Library. Stripped down to the core, their songs were able to shine in a much more vulnerable way than usual, something that resonated well with their fans all around the world in what we all hoped would be a short hiccup in normal existence. Now we know better, so we would like to present these renditions on psysical media as well "A Night at the Library" will be available in a Digisleeve CD.
