A Brand New World

Das von Anne-Claire Rallo (Nine Skies, Solace Supplice) initiierte Projekt Frant1c ist ihr Soloprojekt neben der progressiven Band Nine Skies und wurde nach dem Verlust von Eric Bouillette (Nine Skies, The Room, etc.) ins Leben gerufen. In der Kernbesetzung finden sich bekannte Namen: Alexandre Lamia (Nine Skies, Ingaro), Alexis Bietti (Nine Skies, Genesya), Johnny Marter (Nine Skies, Marillion, Mr. Big, Brian May, Peter Gabriel, Annie Lennox, etc...), Martin Wilson (The Room, Grey Lady Down), Helen Tiron (Sun Q) und John Mitchell (Lonely Robot, Arena, Asia, Frost, etc.), der für Mix und Mastering verantwortlich ist. Das Debütalbum „A Brand New World“ soll im Dezember 2024 erscheinen, ein zweites Album ist bereits in Arbeit.

A Brand New World:
Die Geschichte handelt von Charlie und Hope, die ihr Leben immer gemeinsam verbracht haben. Eines schönen Tages wacht Charlie allein inmitten einer völlig anderen und zerstörten Welt auf. Daraufhin macht er sich auf die Suche nach seiner Seelenverwandten und fragt sich: „Was ist das für eine Welt?“. Die Entdeckungen und neuen Begegnungen, die er während seines Abenteuers auf der Suche nach Hope macht, laden uns ein, über verschiedene Gefühle und Fragen nachzudenken, die für jeden von uns ebenso universell wie persönlich sind.

A project initiated by Anne-Claire Rallo (Nine Skies, Solace Supplice), Frant1c is her solo endeavour running alongside the progressive band Nine Skies, and was brought to life following the loss of Eric Bouillette (Nine Skies, The Room, etc.). The core lineup features familiar names: Alexandre Lamia (Nine Skies, Ingaro), Alexis Bietti (Nine Skies, Genesya), Johnny Marter (Nine Skies, Marillion, Mr. Big, Brian May, Peter Gabriel, Annie Lennox, etc...), Martin Wilson (The Room, Grey Lady Down), Helen Tiron (Sun Q), and John Mitchell (Lonely Robot, Arena, Asia, Frost, etc.), who is overseeing the mixing and mastering. The debut album, ‘A Brand New World‘, is set for release in December 2024, with a second album already in progress.


A Brand New World:
The story talks about Charlie and Hope, who have always spent their lives together. One fine day, Charlie wakes up alone in the middle of a completely different and devastated world. He then goes in search of his soul mate, pondering: "what is this world?". The discoveries and new encounters he makes throughout his adventure to find Hope invite us to reflect on various feelings and questions that are as universal as they are personal to each of us.
