Der Warren Haynes Christmas Jam kehrte im Dezember 2018 zu seiner 30. jährlichen Ausgabe zurück. Die Wohltätigkeitsveranstaltung fand an zwei Tagen im U.S. Cellular Center in der Heimatstadt des Gitarristen, Asheville, North Carolina, am 7. und 8. Dezember 2018 statt. Jetzt wird es zum ersten Mal auf 4 verschiedenen Vinyl-Sets, 2CD + DVD und 3CD + 2Blu-ray veröffentlicht.

Es enthält Auftritte von Gov‘t Mule, die ein "Dark Side Of The Mule"-Tribut an Pink Floyd präsentierten, sowie von Grace Potter, Jamey Johnson, Marco Benevento und Mike Gordon. Foo Fighters-Frontmann Dave Grohl war an einem Abend der Hauptdarsteller und spielte ein Set, das in Anspielung auf sein 23-minütiges Instrumentalstück als "Dave Grohl And Friends Play Play" angekündigt wurde. Gov‘t Mule, Eric Church, Jim James und Joe Bonamassa sowie viele weitere Gäste runden das Programm ab.
