Dieses 3LP-Set fängt die Originalbesetzung von Black Sabbath live auf ihrer Reunion-Tournee 1997 ein und enthält 16 Live-Darbietungen ihrer größten Hits, die von den Originalbändern remastert wurden, sowie 2 neu abgemischte Bonustracks.

Es handelt sich um eine Wiedervereinigung der Originalbesetzung von Black Sabbath, bestehend aus Ozzy Osbourne, Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler und Bill Ward. Das Album ist die erste Neuveröffentlichung in dieser Besetzung seit dem 1978 erschienenen Album "Never Say Die"!
